Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with Drapekatha. We take great pride in offering you high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to exchange your purchase. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, we have outlined our Exchange Policy below.

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange a product, you must sign in here, or email us at drapekatha@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Customers need to raise a request for exchange within 4 days; after this period, customers are not eligible for any type of exchange.
In the case of receiving a defective product from our side, we will provide an exchange (T&C apply).
To claim a defective product, you must send a pre-opening video within 24 hours. Without this video, we cannot process your claim.
We will validate your exchange request only after authorisation, starting from the day you receive the package.
No refunds will be provided; only product exchanges are allowed.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Designer section: No return, exchange, or refund policy applies.

Additional Conditions

The customer must ship the parcel after the exchange request is accepted by us.
The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
Sarees with fall and edging will not be accepted for exchange.
Customized products cannot be exchanged.
Products bought during a sale or with any coupon/discount code are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Once we receive your product at our warehouse, it will undergo Quality Check (QC). After verification, we will process your request.
Disclaimer: Model images are only representative. Slight variations in colour, fabric, and work are possible due to lighting and photography effects.
Note: Decoration materials like tassels, purses, jewellery, and any other accessories shown in images are not included with the product. Always check the product description before purchase.
