No, Drapekatha does not offer refunds. We only allow product exchanges as per our Exchange Policy.
Q2. How soon should I raise an exchange request?
You must email us at drapekatha@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, and raise the exchange request within 4 days of delivery. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.
Q3. What if I receive a defective or wrong product?
If you receive a defective or wrong product, you need to share a pre-opening video within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange an exchange (T&C apply).
Q4. Are shipping and COD charges refundable?
No, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Q5. How do I send the product back for exchange?
Once your exchange request is approved, you must ship the product to our warehouse:
